Saarinen table – Architect, dressmaker, loved one of Florence Knoll and son of Eliel, Eero Saarinen something but a leg . He designed his iconic Tulip desk in 1956 striking to " up the slum of legs U.S. Domestic." I suppose a standard table & chair set for four in a U.S. Eat-in kitchen would have had approximately 20 legs, if you splurged for all of the Saarinen Tulip set you would have most effective had 5 legs whole. Designers nowadays, on the other hand, choose to pair the desk with a wide range of chairs many with 4 very attractive legs. Let’s take a look.. Modern Icons: The Saarinen Tulip Dining Table
